Firstly no one in customer care can answer there phones,
after 2hrs on hold I got to speak to Amanda, Karan, Ashley all team leads in customer care. Yet none of them can tell me what am I charged interest.
it has been a month no call back as promised, no replies to mail.
I am charged interest on an account that is up to date. Foshini refusal to write of the incorrect amount, suggest to me that they knowingly charge interest to clients,
I have now decided to take the legal route,
PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FOSCHINI GROUP.
