My father made a purchase on his account, which is supposed to be 6 months interest free. A purchase was made in December and 2 months later, the account was paid up, balance zero. The credit manager had the nerve to call my father to tell him that his account was overdue and interest was charged. They refuse to reverse the charge which should not have been charged to begin with. If Milady's needs to charge their customers interest, they should not open 6 months interest free accounts and then rip the customers off. This is false advertising. What a disgrace! As a result of this, my father will not only be closing the account but he will never shop in a Milady's store again. Nor will any of our family or friends. We will definitely be passing this message on to everyone that we know!!!
