Just wanted to share with you what a good experience I have had with Dion Wired in the last few days.
I wanted to purchase a Nikon D7000 from them after testing it in the store. Lerato was very acommodating when it came to making sure that the camera met my needs. I then saw the camera at another store for cheaper, Dion Wired matched the price with no questions asked.
After purchasing the camera, I noticed that it had a stuck hot pixel on the CCD. Not uncommon in higher megapixel camera's, but this one was irritating me. I took the camera back and they replaced the camera after seeing where the hot pixel was.
I was also afforded the oppertunity to test the new camera in store before leaving... making sure that the new one worked as expected.
The manager Benji and Lerato were very understanding and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and got the goods I paid for.
I have purchased quite a few things from them in the past, and I have always been happy with all my laptops, bags and other goods.
