After 4 months of trying to resolve the query - I am now faced with "We are no longer dealing with the matter" however over a period of 3 yrs monies have been paid and additional interest charged - WHERE DOES THIS LEAVE ME NOW?
On matter 1-69475-91, I would like to know why after receiving payments on a monthly basis you charged an additional R2, 443.36 (Adjustment of Capital Amount).2. On matter 1-62465-14694, after receiving monthly payments and the client being charged on a monthly basis interest (please also explain why the interest exceeded the payment from September 2011 as I believe this is against the law - how else is the client suppose to finish the account when all she is paying is interest), did your company manage to charge the client on the 31.07.2012 R17, 459.26 interest, this is completely insane.3.
