I sent email below to Foschini customer services as well as online but to date no one has contacted me:
Please assist, I paid my account late previous month for 1st time and was charged interest. Now with November account I am again being charged interest col letter fee. This charges seems to be ridiculous for once off late payment of small instalment balance. I really can't believe this is how loyal payers are treated.
