I was involved in an unfortunate event of having my handbag with all my cards in it in August. I re-did my smartshopper card on 25 August 2013 at PnP Centurion and filled in the form to get my points transferred to my new card.
I have since been calling the call centre and I have been given excuses of waiting 6 weeks, which has passed, they emailed me a lost card form which I sent back but I'm getting no response back or getting my points back.
This is appauling service from such a big company, I will not be bullied for what is due to me. I just want "my" points back!!!
