I have reported to parow branch that my wallet was stollen and my shopper card lost. i was then told by the cashier that i can only have my points carried over to the new card if i have the old card number. that is so ridiculous, if i had my card then i wouldnt need a new card!! i then sent in a complaint/query via email on 14 June and has still not had a reply. what is the sense in registering your card with your id? surely they would be able to pick up the old card number with my id? i feel very disappointed because i use the shop everyday for my purchases and is losing out on all my points.
