I must Chase you???

A few days ago i notice my 'points' card was broken. i was kindly given a new one by the lady at the teller and filled in a form where they would transfer my points to the new card. Today as i query to one of the Managers at the same PnP to one of the managers (Gilbert), why my points havent been transfered to the new card, i was told to phone some number in the back of the card and find out WHY. funny enough the Manager did offer me (handed it to me) their own telephone to make the call. REALLY??? WHY MUST I DO YOUR JOB, i said.
i proceded to do my shopping, and at the food counter i ask for a small 'rice with chicken livers' and asked the lady to please put in a small (maybe a quarter of A potato) roasted potato in my food. to my amusement (not) she put the little piece of potato and was going to weigh it for me to pay separatly. REALLY???
i left my shopping basket on the floor and left the PnP.
i have been using this PnP for the past 11 years. today they did me a favour. I went to SPAR got all the stuff i was going to buy at PnP, for better service and cheaper. So PnP, can keep their attitude and HIGH prices, and Spar here i come. thank you.
