The product I bought stopped working, so I contacted Kalahari and got a reply that their courier would pick it up within 3 days, I thought that is really great service and was very happy, but after 2 weeks and no pickup and no answer to my emails am getting upset I would have sent it by post 2 weeks ago if I had known, now I don't know if they are picking up or not.
