This is not so serious. I am a movie club member for about 6 years now. I kept swiping and swiping my card to get points, but realised that I should have had enough points to have received a movie ticket by now. I went on the web site and filled in a registration form and when I was done registering, I saw that the site says that I have got 0 points (because I registered with my card number), which is impossible. How does this system work in the first place? Should I first be registered to the web site before I get points? If so, then I was not informed properly on the day I filled in the forms at the cinema. I have lost a lot of points because of this. Can you please assist me in fixing this.
