My first card was, a replacement for was completed and new card issued. Approximately a month ago I was told by the Mall of the North Branch that my card was invalid and that I should complete another replacement form. Strangely however the cashier wanted to keep the old card without destroying same in my presence. I insisted to keep old card, and low and behold, at the Cycad centre miraculously this card was not invalid.

On 26 November 2013 I received an email stating that I am about to loose my points as I haven't swiped my card in 2 years! After many calls and returned emails, I was advised to go to pick and pay again to complete yet another replacement form!!!

If one takes into account the points you earn in contrast to the amount you spend and the value thereof, it seems as if it is just not worthit as my time and telephone expenses will exceed the little benefit derivewd from this point system
