I am so frustated with PNP

I am so frustated with PNP (Pick 'n Pay) - I lost two shoppers card - then I filled in the form for lost/ at PNP Promenade M/Plain - So they said it will take up to six weeks for my points to be loaded onto my new card - that was in June 2013 - I called customer services in October 2013 - so they told me they never received any forms from PNP Promenade M/Plain - The guy I spoke to said that he will email me the form and I must email it back which I done - when I called 22/11/2013 the afternoon - spoke to another guy and he said I have R66 something cents on my card - when I got to PNP Vangate Mall and I swipe at the machine - it said I have R6.05 - when I went and spoke to the manager (one of them) and she called customer services and they told her the same thing that I have R6.05 - she gave me the phone and I spoke to the guy and he told me the same thing - I explain to him about Friday and asked him when will my other points will be loaded onto my new card - he said there is nothing on the system about my two cards that was reported. You PNP are really useless - it's very frustrating... I have proof that the email was sent and read...
