I lost my card smart shopper card 3 months and i went to pick and pay the glen about 2 months ago to get a new card and have my points transferred to the new card, i was advised it takes 6 weeks (which is ridiculous), but i wanted anyway. 7 weeks later i went to check my points to see if they have been transferred only to find that they still not done. someone was assisting me and they called customer serviced and i was advised to fill in a form again and my points will be transferred in 3 days, i went back 2 weeks later, still no points...

this is unacceptable, i am not willing to fill in another form wait again for nothing. i don't understand what is it that i need to do to get my points on the new card. i cant keep going back to the store for the same thing.
