For well over a year now, I have not received any bank statements for my cheque account. The last statement received was dated 3/11/2012. Despite numerous requests via the call centre, the branch and secure messaging via internet banking, no statement has been received to date. I expect Standard Bank to forward me the outstanding statements, as well as future statements as is standard banking practise by post as is stipulated in my banking profile. My postal address is P.O. Box 1371, Heidelberg, 1438. Furthermore, this should be provided free of charge as I have already paid monthly service / banking charges.
