On the 6th of February I have subscribed to the Finweek Afrikaans Digital Edition.
I also had in mind that I must receive a Gift Voucher to the Value of R500.00 of [URL Removed]
The operator told me that since I was one of the first subscribers since the 'Free Voucher' Promotion begun, I will receive my voucher when the promotion ends.
After a month I phoned again and the guy assured me that I will get my voucher after the promotion ended.
In that same week the advert appeared again saying that you will get a R1200.00 voucher when subscribing.
About a week back I phoned Media 24 again asking why is it taking so long to receive the voucher then the Lady told me that I was not one of the first 250 subscribers... HOW CAN THIS BE POSSIBLE!!!
If this is the case then why after a couple of weeks advertising it again by increasing the voucher amount to R1200.00
I am getting the feeling that Media 24 is just advertising the vouchers to hook people up subscribing.
IF I AM NOT GOING TO GET MY VOUCHER THEN I WILL CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION.
