I went to CTM polokwane today to purchase tiles, tile cement, and bond liquid, Tebogo was never friendly from the beginning, gave me an attitude and was very impatient. She gave us a quotation and we told her we'll be back which we did. The tiles we chose showed R59.90 per M2 but I didn't understand the measurements at all I asked her for clarity if it meant I'll pay R59.90 per box... and she tried to explainbut I still did not understand when she said per square meter, she then said to another salesperson I think his name is riaan"please explain to her square meter" with a very bad attitude, and said I mayb I'll understand better cuz it was explained by a white person also said in my face that I have a problem. As a customer I believe I should pay for what fully understand and satisfied with the info. I had to leave to find a better place to buy where I won't be treated like I am a fool. Because that's how I felt like a complete fool. I hope the CEO in charge to CTM deal with this matter professionally and with urgency. I'm so unhappy of the treatment I got! What a bad picture for such a big brand. Because of her attitude I had to settle for the competitor. :-(
