Absolutely unreliable service by [URL Removed]
I placed an order online on the 7th of November for a single product and have just learned that "the order was cancelled due to supplier having no stock"

The whole process is misleading. Before I placed the order [URL Removed] website assures that the product will be delivered within 5 days of payment. Then once I had paid for the order I get a confirmation of order with expected delivery date which is 20days later. This expected delivery should have been stated before placing the order not after. If I had known it will take so long I would have just went to local store and paid the extra R20 for the same product.

Secondly, I waited until now only to find out that it's been cancelled from their side. I did not receive any email regarding this instead I had to make the call.

I would say this violates consumer protection act as this is misrepresentation misleading unfaithful unreliable and to an extent a scheme.

[URL Removed] is benefiting from a negative working cycle. If you take time value of money in to account and the number of cheated consumers, [URL Removed] is benefiting from the loss of its customers cash.
