Do not buy gift vouchers for your friends from Estelle Smith, owner of Sense of Beauty! I was the unlucky recipient of a voucher for my birthday, at the end of September, which promised that my 'senses would be renewed' only to discover the tag line was erroneous.
The voucher had a extremely short validity period only until the end of October.
There was no number on the voucher or terms of conditions on the back to explain consequences if expiry date reached without redemption.
I phoned and asked for an extension until the end of the year but was refused.
I asked for a refund for my friend who had purchased the voucher but was refused.
Estelle was unhelpful and rude. Have better "sense" and be warned the gift voucher is a!!
