I love Clicks, my family and I buy from Clicks religiously, for any and every occasion. I am very dissapointed to announce that I bought a R400 Clicks gift voucher a few weeks ago to give to friends of mine as a wedding gift. Sadly, the voucher was from the wedding table by one of the waiters. After about 2 hours on the phone to Clicks (between Clicks head-office and the Clicks branch I bought the voucher from) explaining to them how their own system works (when I in actual fact had no clue - just using common sense) and after being told that there is NO WAY of tracking the unique voucher number to suspend or cancel the gift card before it gets used by the culprit, they eventually managed to miraculously find the unique voucher number and suspended the card. To my disgust - when I asked the individual on the other side of the line when we can expect to get our R400 back seeing as it had not been 'spent' they said that there is no way that they will be be paying the R400 back to me. R400 is ALOT of money! The voucher has now been suspended but I loose my R400. I am very dissapointed, especially because I have always loved buying anything & everything from them! NEVER AGAIN!!!
