I purchased a zando gift voucher but the delivery of the voucher was very slow. I had to wait 6 days for the voucher and only when I followed up at the Zando call center they sent me the voucher. A suggestion will be to improve the issuing of the gift voucher process as it takes too long for the voucher to be sent especially when payment is deducted immediately. If one has to compare zando with its competitors, zando is at a disadvantage because other business send their vouchers almost instantaneously whereas zando takes a day or more after payment.
