Unresolved issue for 3 months!!!

I have been a client for over 10 years and recently have been advised that i could not purchase until i had sent through FICA docs, initially about 5 months ago i had went to the store (Boardmans -Liberty Mall) were they had taken a copy and sent it to the legal department. 2 months later, July/Aug, i had tried to make a purchase and was stopped at the store again stating my docs was not sent through with a clear copy. Once again we still got the store to send through a copy. This past Wednesday i had went again to make a purchase and was stopped!!! Edgars at Liberty Mall then had a consultant call the legal department to ask what the issue was again. The consultant had promised to send through a clearercopy and call us as soon as the account was open! Uptil today we have not had a response. How can a store not be accepting clients wanting to purchase over and over again. Is sales not an important issue for Edgars no longer??? I need this issue to be resolved asap!!! I cannot explain my frustration no longer!
