I went to Edgars Killarney to pay for my account and close it but I couldnt because the lady advised that it was late and the call center has closed. Few weeks later I recieved a statement from Edgars showing that on that same day there was purchases on my account for the value of R649, At the same time I realised that I dont have my store card. I went to the store and Killarney to investigate as i didnt not make that purchase and I was told that the signed copy of the transaction is not longer at the store but they will request it and revert. They have not come back to me and in the meantime I have a balance that I must pay an installment on.
