So disappointed!

I'm actually quite sad as I'm writing this report, as I was really looking forward to wearing the much needed clothes I wanted to purchase. I've had so many problems with my account over the years, I think this is the straw that broke the camel's back. It all started with the FICA you guys implemented. I did all of the docs at Lakeside mall. After I cleared my account's balance and wanted to use the points, I was told that the account was blocked because of FICA. Long story short - I've since spoken to 4 different agents (I think from the FICA department) and sent through the requested Proof of Residence countless times. I then went to Edgars Eastgate on Monday (29/7) and Queen (who is probably the the only useful person I've dealt with @ Edgars) assisted me with a new card. She phoned (headoffice, I think) and they told her that they are lifting the block and the card could be activated in 24 hours. She promised to do so the next day. When I tried to make a purchase today, I was told that the account was declining the purchase. I'm truly disappointed. I'm even past the anger. I'm just very, very sad. As I'm contemplating closing my account after many, many years.
