My name is Alton, I have an account with edgars. I went to edgars active in hillcrest and was assisted by Thands. He was rude and unhelpful. He said I couldn't make an account purchase with my drivers license, insisted that I leave and fetch my I'd for the purchase. He was very abrupt with me, spoke in a condescending manner, no respect. He had NO customer ettiquette. I felt so belittled. I fetched my I'd and went back to Thanda, worst mistake ever. He said my account was not active, I replied that it was, as I had made a purchase last month. He then said something was wrong with my account, I was not told what was wrong. He made a copy of my I'd, not advising me why exactly. I don't know if he wants to commit wit my I'd. I was told I can't make my purchase and Thanda threw my purchase down behind him. I was disgusted, my purchase that I wanted was thrown down like dirt and I was treated like a criminal. Does Edgars treat all their customers like this? I was asked to call an edcon account department to enquire about my problematic account and I was advised that my account was PERFECT. I want Edgars to advise me if this is how they treat their customers, we can't be valued much
