I bought clothes from mr price online, ref no: 10647413334, unfortunatly, the sizes i chose were incorrect, i called the call centre on 06/10/13 & i was first advised that i could exchange the clothes online by paying R35 shipping fee, then i called again on 28/11/13, now im told that i can return & exchange the clothes at a mr price store bcoz i cant exchange them online but i was not advised of that in the 1st place, im also told that if a store does not have the same i ordered then i will need to place another order online, this is very confusing to me & i feel cheated on becoz this just goes to show that online hopping is not safe & an inconvienience. I need these clothes returned & exchanged using the same method i used when the shopping & delivery was done. Mr price is very misleading & all they want is our money
