I have an old store account with Woolworths. I unfortunately stopped making payment on this account and was therefore listed.
I am now in a position to pay up and close this off. I have been for months trying to get some assistance wrt settling this debt.
I have phoned into the call centre (i keep getting connected to different depts and then eventually cut off), drafted and sent emails - no response.
As I said this has been going on for months - I would like to close up on this ASAP as it is affecting my credit rating. Frustrating (and strange) that I cannot get any assistance in this regard.
