Wrongfully overhanded due to non-payment

I have been struggling since June to sort out my Woolworths Credit Card account - Woolworths has handed over my account to two credit bureaus due to non-payment but I have emailed them all of my proof of payments 3 times already!

I have never missed a payment on my account, yet they cant tell me where the problem started. I have phoned Woolworths Financial Services, Nation Wide and MBD Credit Solutions and none of them have been able to help me to sort this out.

Nation Wide and MBD Credit Solutions claims they don't have access to my payment records. When I phoned Woolworths this morning, they said that they couldn't access my payment history and that I should phone MBD Credit Solutions, I then phoned MBD who referred me back to Woolworths, when I phoned them a second time I spoke to the same operator who was then able to access my payment history but only to the month of July.

I am very frustrated with Woolworths, I have paid over R11 000 on my credit card since January 2013 (with a credit limit of R17 000) and yet my account is still R14 647.00 and no one are able to help me! They are only able to email, sms and phone me that immediate payment must be made on my account.
