I have had a Woolies account for years, and unfortunately when I lost my job I wasnt always able to continue with payment. Obviously my account was handed over.
I made arrangements to pay my account in August last year when I got a temp position, I was then Listed with ITC in October (after I had made the arrangement), without Notice (written or Verbal), I complained and was promised feedback. I haven't received the feedback as yet.
2 Months ago I settled my account at the Woolworths in Eastgate. I phone in today just to double check my balance and was told that the lawyers decided to close my account.
I would like clarification on who authorized this and why was I not informed of this???
To say that I'm would be an understatement.
I would like my account re-instated with immediate effect.
