Staff has bad attitudes and do not clear contracts

I opened an account with Lewis in Kempton Park about a year ago. Due to personal reasons I was unable to continue with payment. for about 4 months. Lewis then went to my house and took their stuff without my permision, they later sent me a letter to say that I had given them permision to take the TV that I had bought-which I didnt. Today I found out that they had blacklisted me and wrote that I owe them money. I took a phone called them and explaind everything, they gave me a number to called & I had to hold for almost 20 mins abd still didnt recieve help. I callled the kempton park branch again and the lady that I spoke to, spoke to me like I was her daghther. She told me how much I owed her and that I had to pay her inorder for my name to be cleared, yes I accept that it was my fault that all of that happened. But she had no right to desrespect me like that & when I told her she had to speak me properly, she said that I was just a little girl that doesnt have respect while I remained calm. She then hanged up and when I called back to understand and get clearity she told me that I could even call the head office, she doesnt give a.
