Cashier rushing to cah out order as store closes

Cashed -out 7pm, manager begged a african cashier to Open up her Till to help us with trolley full of groceries, she wasnt friendly the way she looked @Us. Manager then redirected Me to Cashier Vuyiswa nr.(117) staff nr. She willingly helped in turn she in turn with a till packer forgot to put my toiletry carrier bag, my Mexican Chilli chips, my Mini Cheddars, AquaFresh toothpast, dove soap, staysoft refill, Nivea stress prot ma, .Manager Eileen Davids and Nomsa. Was very helpfull. Why doesnt the Cashier and her till packer dont come forward to admit to the bags that i never received, this has caused a great in-convenience for Me.
I had to go to game twice on 2 different days to fetch my items which means I had to drive out petrol everyday.
I'm a regular shoppers at game Zevenwacht and in my house hold we atleast spend R3500 a month on Game and this was the worst shopping experience ever! I would like to be reimbursed for all my lost shopping due to unfriendly and unwilling staff to work. I would also like compensation and a regional manager to contact me ASAP.
