Once again I am logging a complain against Lewis stores. We went to the branch and we were called from head office saying that the account has been cancelled and that we do not owe anything. We have received a surprise in the post from Lewis now stating that we owe you people R1165.36 and that the closing balance is R7989.03.We are also THREATENED by saying if we do not pay this amount we will be listed by the credit bureaus. And we are being accused of it being an oversight on our side - what! How about we take you people up for wrongfully accusing us and also laying a major complaint at the Ombudsman? I now want someone senior to handle this complaint because clearly the people that we have dealt with this far are incompetent. We want a formal apology letter from Lewis as well.
