A relative bought me a tv and tv stand (deal made in Mthatha), goods were delivered to my place in JHB Kempton Park. Since May we had requested that the tv stand deal be cancelled as I have my own. It is now October, Lewis store is not responding to this request, they are using my place as a storage warehouse because upon lodging a complaint with the head office, I was told that the tv stand is not on our account, it was cancelled, and they don't know why the manager at Kempton Park isn't sending people to come collect it. I don't have space in my house for visitors because of the stand waiting in the guest room. I am very dissatisfied with Lewis even the head office when I reported this matter and further more reported last week being shouted at over the phone by Thabiso a manager at Kempton Park Lewis store. My reference number for the head office is 477061. The managers are basically making me run in circles. I find myself stuck with this tv stand which I am not even responsible for. Having been shouted by the manager and still the head office does nothing but apologise on his behalf is unacceptable.
