Fail to repair my stove

I reported my Kelvinator stove on the 06/06/2013; I spoke to the manager. She promise to contact the Kelvinator people to assist. On the following week the sales man by the name Mathews phone me to check the stove problem I told him that no one contacted me from Kelvinator or Lewis for feed back; he promise to spoke to the manager and solve the problem.
On the 15/06/2013 I spoke to the manager again; she promise to make follow-up with the Kelvinator people. On the 20/06/2013 around 10:00 I spoke to her again she promise to call the Kelvinator people and she will call me to give feed back ; around 16:45 I decided to call her again. She is not giving me clear answer.
Lewis and Kelvinator are big companies I'm not expecting this treatment from them; now is almost two weeks without stove but I'm stil paying it with Lewis also a good custome
