How can I apply for an account, in-store? Sit through the whole process for over 20 minutes, and then a day later you give me a call telling me about a pre-approved account.

Then I have to sit in the store for another 30 minutes going through a process I had gone through less than 24 hrs ealier.
Once my account application was approved over the phone, I was passed to another in-store consultant, as it was the current one's lunchtime. She did this without explaining to her colleague what had already been done, and to my utter disbelief I was expected to sit on the phone for another pre-screening process. This really killed it for me, and if this how you treat your customers I'd rather save up and buy at a more welcoming store.

I just hope the approval for my account will be revoked, as I'm scared someone might use it.

I'm not one to kick dust over nothing and this is definitely an issue for me. I wasted lots of time trying to get this resolved while I was in the store, whereas I could have put this time to much better use at work.

You really dropped the ball on this one; now please reassure me the account that was activated for me will not be used on the sly!
