Lack of communication to customers

CNA Mooirivier mall does not know what custormer communication means. I logged a request with the branch to order a dvd after I was instructed that it can be done that way. I received an answer that they will look at the stock levels and come back to me. In the mean while I have sent 3 more enquiries. Today, I enquired again where after I got a phone call in this regard. I was told that there is no stock of the mentioned product at any of the CNA braches and that I should enquire from time to time to hear if there is stock. Why is it advertised that the product is available in store if it is not? I am very unhappy and frustrated. Can CNA HEADOFFICE management please look into the matter?
