Pathetic Store manager not willing

After receiving a call to resolve my previous HelloPeter complaint. I went to the Westgate store last week Thursday and the store refused to issue me with the refund of the SIM and connection that was incorrectly debited from my account. The store manager RAYMOND ignored us for 10 minutes and when he finally came from the back room he then told my mother that he was busy and that he will be back at the store in 10 minutes he further confirmed that I need to take it up with head office as he will not be giving me the refund.? Ya right. I want my refund paid into my bank account I will not walk after the Westgate store. Secondly we needed to process a SIM swap of the 0842514775 as I purchased a blank starter pack at the CellC branch sim number321207029535 the store advised me that I can call the call centre to process the SIM swap as I was not with the main account. When we called the call centre I was told to go to the store. Do you guys not know what your process is. I want the SIM swap done on this account and NO I will not go to the store to have this sorted.
