Damaged a formal dress and won't take ownership

In April I took a red velvet formal dress for dry cleaning. When I collected the dress it has a large plastic diamond bead stuck on the inside. The bead came from another garment has our dress did not have this on it. The bead had caused two circle marks on the front of the dress I took the dress back, Joseph who assisted me said he would send the dress in to be re-cleaned. When the dress eventually came back the fabric had been damaged and was now 2 shades of red. The dress clearly has marks from an ironing board on it. Joseph said he would show the dress to his manager Divesh when he comes into the store again and call me once he had done this. After a week I had still not heard anything. I went back to the store to get a contact for Divesh's. I phoned him he the instructed Joseph to send the dress for a lab test, which would take about 1 week they would contact me once they get the result. Nobody from Levingers contact me. After constant calls to Divesh and Zinobia after 4 weeks I got the dress and report back. All the report states is that the fabric is sensitive to heat. Levingers now only wants to refund me the dry cleaning cost, what about the cost to replace the dress?
