My brother went to Pick n Pay Somerset Mall yesterday early morning to make a cash withdrawal of R3000 only to be told they dont have that amount of cash at that time. He then went back at 13:39 to be told the same thing. He demanded the money and eventually after having to make a scene and wait he got his R3000. Why does Pick n Pay offer the service of being able to withdraw cash if they dont have cash on the premises. Pick n Pay is one of the biggest retail companies. This is definitely not the first time that this has happened. I have experienced the same thing numerous times and it is unacceptable. Pick n Pay should then stop offering this service to customers if they cannot uphold to it.
