So we all know that Pick n Pay offer a cash withdrawal service at their tellers - not so? Well sorry for you if that is what you thought because clearly this is not the case. I was at the Douglasdale Pick n Pay at seven forty five this morning and the cashier told me she cannot give me the R120 cash I had requested as she did not have cash on hand. Once before when I had a similar problem I was told I should have asked to see a manager, so I did. Enter Juaan - he says sorry mam we don't have cash at this time so there is nothing he can do for me. I told him I was going to report him and his response wqas that is ok if we don't have cash we don't have cash. Are u trying to tell me that between the 5 open tellers they could not come up with R120??? Or please show me the sign that states no cash before 10am please. Don't advertise something if u can't deliver, that is false advertising! U need to be equipped to cater for the 50 early shoppers too!
