Pick n Pay stuff in Braamfotein have a bad attitude when it comes to get money. Pick n Pay has a contract with FNB to allow FNB customers to withdraw cash from the tills. However at the Braamfotein branch of Pick n Pay they never give you cash. They also have an excuse why they won't give you cash. They will either tell you, you need to purchase something before they can give you the money and of an amount not less than R20 or that they do not have money to give you.
FNB should communicate with its customers the exact terms of the contract:
1) How much money you can withdraw
2) That you FNB customer must indeed make a purchase before getting money
