I bought a DSTV Decoder almost 4 weeks back and they promised me that in less than 7 days it will be installed, they gave me the number to contact. I called the number and they kept me waiting till this far my DSTV is not yet installed. I have called numerous times to enquire about the installation and I keep getting the same response that they'll be coming to install and until today nothing has been done. It's 4 weeks already and I'm not at all happy with the customer service. Today I tried calling, again, but there has been no answer on their phones since this morning.
Can somebody attend to this matter ASAP. If nothing is done I will return this decoder and will demand my money back.
