I walked in the store and when I approached the store manager I asked if I could withdraw cash. He told me that the store is to busy and that I should come in the morning. Firstly I was upset because I was sent away. The manager promised me that if I come in the morning the following day I could withdraw cash no problem. I then pitched and I asked for the manager he was not on the premises I was told. After he assured me that he would be there once again I was not helped. So I left the store feeling really livered once again. This is really bad customer service. I have nothing against the store but messing customers around is a big no no. Firstly it costs me money going up and down to the store then what makes it worse I get treated like. I mean I go almost every day to buy something in that store. Please dont phone me and apologize because this is not the first time its happening. Im really disappointed and I have a distrust in pick and pay now. If I go to their competitors like shoprite this doesnt happen. You probably thinking why dont I just go to shoprite then we dont really value you. Im not looking for attention I just wanted great customer service.
