They don't know the meaning of customer service

I went to Pick n Pay in Tzaneng mall on the 28/03/13 to buy some groceries (R924, 17). I was on a queue for almost an hour. And when I got to the till my husband paid for groceries (debit card) and I wanted to withdraw cash, and the lady just stood up with the cash and she left, without saying anything, and the next one came and said she doesn't have cash and started with the next customer, she ignored me, after queing for that long, and there was another guy who also works there and he looked at me and ignored me. she said i must try other tills, the queues were long, so i asked must i queue again and she said yes, with the attitude, i was so dissapointed, everytime when i go to checkers, if cashier doesn't have enough cash, she 'll call someone to find the till with enough cash, not the customer. I don't know with pick n pay at tzaneng mall, but i always go to Benmore pick n pay and always get cash. they made an effort to find a till with cash. I went to ATM and queued again for cash. And thought it was over, but to my suprise, we bought some mixed portions (1.5kg Rainbow), and it was rotten. I couldn't believe it, it smelled bad, for such a big shop. I'm dissapointed, Pick n Pay.
