My Fiance and I went to Food Lovers Market Restaurant. I think its the Manager on duty that assisted Us with a seat outside... However almost close to an hour past by and We still never received assistance even though My Fiance tried to get the waiter that was assisting at the table right next to ours attention, she just made like she never saw him calling her, I think the part that irritated Me was the fact that one waiter did not get the name but he was the only african guy waiter was standing right next to the manager watching Tv while the supervisor/manager was busy on the cash register however after the manager finished his transaction he rather engaged in conversation with the waiter instead of asking him to assist. We then decided to leave and yet still we were unnoticed by both the manager as well as the rest of the staff that joined in watching TV. I am extremely upset with this service as we did not receive this type of service at any of the other Food Lovers Market Restaurant and we have been to Tygervalley before and we tried out Claremont but I don't know if I will ever recommend anyone to go there with the pathetic service I have received.
