The Manager Food lovers Market Woodlands.
I was with my sister today and she has an old car. She realises there was no water in the car and we parked in front of Pick and Pay at Woodlands. As we always buy at the Food Lovers Market because of the excellent service that we get we walked all the way there from Pick and Pay. I knew we need water and i asked a young man Aubrie at the racks for some water for the car. He immediately went to his Supervisor to ask permission and walked with me all the way to the car with the water. As my Sister was still paying and i did not know how to open the bonnet Aubrie opened it for me put the water in and waited until the car started. I asked him how come he is so help full and friendly and his reply was that the Customers always comes first. He was also so proud that they get trained in Customer Service. Thank you Aubrie for going the extra mile and a big thanks to Food Lovers Market for the training they give their workers in Customer Service. You must be proud of Aubrie. I am a lady of 70 and will buy at Food Lovers Woodlands for the next 30 years. Thank you.
