The service of the Cafe in that store is absolutely non existent! we had to wait over 30min for our meal and when it eventually got to us it was colder than the plate it was on. absolutely disgusting that a place that has so much potential can have such shocking service. I wont even buy a single pea from that food lovers market because if they cant do the simplest of things and attend to their paying customers at the cafe then imagine what they do in the food store. our waitress hasn't got a clue what to do and shouldn't be serving people. The food isn't even that good and the coffee is revolting. I wouldn't give that to my dog. The rest of the staff ignore you, if you not their customer then they don't care. I will never go there again and will warn friends and family not to go there unless they looking for a day outing because that's how long it takes.
