I Purchased furniture from Rochester going on more 2 months now, they initially said I would have it in 7 days to find out once I had signed the deal and left the store that it would take approx 4 weeks!
Then on the 3rd week I was told that they had a lounge suite in stock and in turn had it delivered to find out after a week through the staff that the one that was delivered was off the showroom floor! needless to say I had them collect it and have a new one send to me which eventually arrived and late not even on the correct day, it eventually arrived and by some courier company whom had hired a trailer to have the goods delivered!
Anyway we eventually got the rest of our items Dinning room suite and coffee table to find out that the legs of the chairs for the dinning room suite were all uneven and that there are screws coming through the leather on the coffee table!
Needless to say we are still waiting for this to be replaced with endless excuses!
We are extremely shocked and put off by the service and workmanship from Rochester and want this sorted out and compensated for all trouble we have been put through!
