I bought the same e-book twice in error. I informed Kalahari. I downloaded the book only once. I requested for the second order to be cancelled. I received no assistance from the Company other acknowledgement that they received my query. I repeatedly asked for the name of a contact person that can assist me.
kindly assist me in getting the company to supply the name and e-mail address of a person that can help me.
