Frauendorf Tradings (Pty) Ltd contacted us via email with a Telephone skills training course, we booked and paid for the course for 11 October 2013 . On 10 October 2013 an email was received saying that the course has been postponed to 15 November 2013 as a corporate with 18 delegates has decided that they would rather do the training in house. Arriving at the venue on the date only to find out that there is no such event scheduled. No correspondence or phone calls to Frauendorf Tradings (pty) Ltd or Vicky Mynhardt are being answered.
