I bought 4 Kudu dining room chairs at a cost of R2400, with the intension of also buying the 6 seat dining room table, I took the chairs home the same day, unfortunately they did not have any table's in stock so I spoke to the relevant people who ordered the respective table for me. On the same day the personnel told me that they have found a table for me and should be here soon. Its been over a MONTH now and I have not received a word from them, my wife phoned the store every week and every time they reply with the table is on its way or the truck has broken down... yesterday I went to the store in person, they did not know who I was, or what I ordered. They did not any record of me ordering the table. They wanted me to buy the scratched dirty table on display in the shop at normal price! I then spoke to a lady there who said she will get me the table from Welkom asap. She took my details and said she will phone me back once the transfer or order number has gone through which will be in an hours time... I never received the call..till now, What do I have to do to get the dining room table? The chairs have now just been standing in my garage for over a month!!
